Written Word
While navigating the Indian diversity and inclusion space, I have overcome personal obstacles, connected with a diverse group of individuals, and experienced situations that challenged my opinions and beliefs.
I have found creative writing and poetry to be an effective tool to share these is with my peers with special needs or individuals who are interested in being part of a larger conversation about inclusion. Writing not only allowed me to revisit my childhood days when I had to learn to walk again at the age of six, but also pushed me to reflect about the plight of the families with special needs children who are denied access to quality education.
As I continue to reflect on important questions around diversity, inclusion, gender, and other social norms, I simultaneously aim to discover different styles of prose and poetry that can help me express my thoughts and create a safe environment for communication.
Summarized below are some of my accomplishments in the area of Creative Writing and Poetry Writing!
